Employment Benefits & Incentives- $80,000‑$100,000 based on experience

- Meet or exceed assigned sales and profit objectives within assigned territory.
- Contribute regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans, budgets and reviews; prepare and execute action plans across the territory.
- Lead the company’s efforts in sales calls, presentations, demonstrations, and proposals related to our products and programs.
- Direct support resources in analyzing customers’ business and develop solutions to fit their needs.
- Train, coach, counsel, and discipline employees in the assigned region; communicate job expectations; review job contributions; plan and review compensation.
- Provide timely reporting of account and territory management activities to the National Sales Manager.
- Drive and coordinate regular account planning sessions.
- Protect and increase a profitable revenue stream with current accounts; seek expansion opportunities to gain additional accounts with existing or new products.
- Maintain commitment to the company’s sales policies and procedures; represent the company professionally; uphold the code of ethics.
- Maintain knowledge of competitors and their presence in the assigned territory; identify new business opportunities.
- Evaluate trade spending and implement promotions/incentives that accomplish regional objectives.
- Communicate customer requirements and standards; identify improvement opportunities; help drive change.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Food Marketing, or related field required. At least 3‑5 years’ experience in food/beverage sales or related experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong direct personnel management skills.
- Strong computer skills, including but not limited to Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Flexibility and ability to travel extensively (including flying) as needed, sometimes up to 60‑75% of the time.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Must have a valid Real passport for travel.
- Must be able to work in a safety‑sensitive position.
- May be required to stand, bend, or twist occasionally.
- May be required to lift up to 20 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- May be required to push/pull carts containing product—occasionally up to 100 lbs.
- Walking, reaching; use of both hands and arms.
