We are expanding our team and seeking a qualified Sales Representative focused on driving sales and service excellence. This role involves interacting with clients daily to build a supportive community.

Position:

The Sales Representative assists the owner with new membership sales by attracting new members, building relationships, and guiding them through the sales process. The role also includes retaining current members and delivering exceptional customer service. Previous boutique fitness experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:
  • Generate leads, follow up, and close sales
  • Conduct facility tours, understanding individual goals and needs
  • Maintain personal sales targets
  • Promote the club as a fitness and wellness provider
  • Present services to prospective and current members
  • Book appointments to meet sales quotas
  • Participate in promotional events
  • Develop selling skills
  • Handle transactions accurately
  • Follow up with prospects
  • Manage retail inventory
  • Complete training programs
  • Take photos for social media
  • Assist with cleaning and maintenance
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills
  • Warm, engaging personality
  • Ability to build strong relationships
  • Goal-oriented with a focus on memberships, retail, and training sales
  • Self-motivated and proactive
  • Ability to learn Club Ready software
  • Strong communication skills in person, phone, and email
  • Organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
