The role of Accounts Assistant:
- Raising invoices and bills
- Allocating payments
- Processing invoices
- Liaising with customers by phone and email
- Working extensively with Microsoft Excel
The ideal Accounts Assistant:
- Experience working with a computerised accounting system
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Excellent interpersonal skills, self-motivated and eager to learn
- Strong eye for detail
