Financial Accountant

We’re seeking an experienced Financial Accountant to join an established organisation on a temporary basis, based In the Birmingham City area. Key responsibilities of the Financial Accountant Role include:
Supporting period-end close activities, including journals, accruals, and reconciliations Assisting with the preparation of management accounts Completing key balance sheet reconciliations Supporting statutory reporting and audit processes Ensuring compliance with relevant VAT regulations Providing guidance and support to junior team members Collaborating with stakeholders across the organisation To be considered for the Financial Accountant Role you should have:
Relevant professional qualification (can be either full or part-qualified) Strong financial accounting experience within a complex environment Good working knowledge of Excel and finance systems Strong attention to detail and stakeholder engagement skills Key benefits of the Financial Accountant Role Includes:
