In this role, you will take ownership of a varied portfolio of audit assignments, working across a broad range of clients spanning multiple sectors.

You will lead fieldwork, supervise and mentor more junior members of the team, and liaise directly with clients to deliver a high-quality service. The ideal candidate will be ACA or ACCA qualified, or close to qualification, with a solid foundation in audit and a genuine passion for delivering excellent client service.

Key Responsibilities Planning, executing, and completing audit assignments across a diverse client portfolio spanning multiple sectors Supervising, coaching, and reviewing the work of junior team members to maintain quality and support their development Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact throughout the audit process Preparing and reviewing financial statements in accordance with relevant accounting standards Identifying and reporting on control weaknesses and business risks, providing practical recommendations to clients Requirements ACA or ACCA qualified, or working towards final stages of qualification Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment Strong technical knowledge of audit methodology, UK GAAP, and FRS 102 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to liaise with clients and colleagues at all levels Proven ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising on quality
