Key Responsibilities Planning, executing, and completing audit assignments across a diverse client portfolio spanning multiple sectors Supervising, coaching, and reviewing the work of junior team members to maintain quality and support their development Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact throughout the audit process Preparing and reviewing financial statements in accordance with relevant accounting standards Identifying and reporting on control weaknesses and business risks, providing practical recommendations to clients Requirements ACA or ACCA qualified, or working towards final stages of qualification Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment Strong technical knowledge of audit methodology, UK GAAP, and FRS 102 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to liaise with clients and colleagues at all levels Proven ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising on quality
