ICAEW is seeking a Property Accountant in Birmingham city centre to join a growing property organisation. The role offers hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 days from home), a salary of £38,000-£50,000 plus bonus and excellent benefits.
The successful candidate will manage financial reporting for a portfolio of properties, build client relationships, and contribute to cash management and control processes within a supportive finance team. Yardi experience is highly desirable.
