Reports to:

Practice Owner | Salary: £45,000 What You'll Be Doing Managing and developing your own varied portfolio of clients across the industrial, transport and farming sectors Preparing and reviewing personal and corporate tax computations and returns Giving clients clear, timely advice on personal and corporate tax matters Preparing statutory and management accounts to a high standard Building strong, lasting client relationships through regular contact and meetings Getting hands-on with Tax Calc, Kashflow, Quick Books, Xero, Dext, Word and Excel Liaising with HMRC and other bodies on behalf of clients Staying sharp on the latest tax legislation, accounting standards and best practice Working as part of a team no formal line management required What We're Looking For A qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CTA or equivalent) with solid practice experience Confident managing your own client portfolio from start to finish Strong technical knowledge of UK personal and corporate tax A natural relationship-builder who enjoys client contact Comfortable working across modern accounting software A team player who's happy to share knowledge and support colleagues What's In It For You Competitive salary, reflective of your experience Employer pension scheme Study support available for finalists A supportive, close-knit practice where your contribution is genuinely valued Real autonomy over your own client portfolio Equals One is an advertising and recruitment agency working on behalf of our client to promote this vacancy.
