A great opportunity to join a well-established accountancy practice in Birmingham City Centre as a Client Management Accountant. Main Duties:
As a Client Management Accountant, your main duties include:
* Taking ownership of the preparation and finalisation of management accounts for a varied client portfolio
* Preparing statutory accounts to a high standard, in line with relevant reporting requirements
* Compiling clear, accurate monthly reporting packs for clients
* Building strong client relationships, gathering information, resolving queries, and presenting findings in a clear and commercial way
* Playing an active role in month-end and year-end close processes, helping to improve efficiency and reporting quality along the way

What We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
* Part or fully qualified ACA/ACCA – candidates qualified by experience will also be considered
* Experience gained within an accountancy practice is essential
* A proven track record of preparing management and statutory accounts end-to-end
* Strong, hands-on experience of month-end processes is essential
