Birmingham | Hybrid Working (Office & Home)
Key Requirements- Experience with in Property Accounting, Client Accounting, or Management Accounting
- Strong reconciliation, reporting, and ledger management skills
- Confident liaising with stakeholders and resolving financial queries
- Good Excel and Microsoft 365 skills
- Experience with property management/accounting systems would be advantageous
- Yardi experience is a nice-to-have, but by no means essential
- Exposure to a diverse property portfolio
- Supportive and collaborative team environment
