- Cambridge £45,000 - £55,000 Hybrid Working (3 Days Office / 2 Days Home) An opportunity has arisen for a Management Accountant to join one of the most exciting and innovative companies Cambridge has seen in recent years, during a key phase of its development.

This role offers the chance to work closely with senior leadership, providing meaningful financial insight and supporting business decision-making in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will gain broad exposure across management accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities Preparation of monthly management accounts Budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis Financial modelling and business performance reporting Balance sheet reconciliations, accruals and prepayments Sales and purchase ledger oversight Supporting payroll processes Audit and statutory reporting support Grant, investor and management reporting Identifying and implementing process improvements across finance About You ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified. Previous experience in accounting, finance or audit Strong Excel and analytical skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Well organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
