Compensation:

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Serving as the accounting lead for 10+ facilities, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financials
• Performing monthly close procedures and recording journal entries
• Analyzing and validating financial statements across multiple entities
• Collaborating with other departments (Tax, Cash, CBO) to resolve discrepancies
• Reconciling balance sheet accounts and preparing partnership distributions
• Mentoring and reviewing work from junior accountants
• Contributing to integration projects and cross-functional initiatives

What You’ll Need to be Considered:

• CPA, preferred
• Multi-entity accounting experience
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, XLOOKUP, etc.)
• Background in public accounting is a plus
• Experience with People Soft or similar ERP system
• Comfort with repetitive, research-driven tasks requiring high attention to detail
