A well known West Midlands Company are seeking a Part-Qualified Management Accountant with strong experience in management reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis. You’ll be instrumental in supporting strategic decision-making and driving financial performance across the business.
What you’ll be doing :- Preparing management accounts, forecasts, and budgets for internal stakeholders.
- Conducting variance analysis and highlighting key financial trends.
- Supporting month-end and year-end reporting processes.
- Assisting with process improvements and the implementation of efficient financial systems.
- Collaborating with departments to provide insight and support for business decisions.
- Part-qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with solid management accounting experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Excel and accounting/ERP software.
- Previous experience in manufacturing would be an advantage
- A proactive, adaptable team player eager to learn and progress.
- Attractive salary up to £38k plus bonus
