Revenue Operations Accountant

Birmingham, AL – Hybrid

• $75,000 – $80,000

• Manage the complete billing cycle, including customer setup, billing schedules, invoicing, and reconciliation.
• Review contracts, SOWs, amendments, and pricing terms to determine accurate billing requirements.
• Manage recurring, subscription, and usage-based billing arrangements.
• Maintain billing processes within Net Suite and use Salesforce to validate customer and contract information.
• Manage AR collections, customer inquiries, disputes, and past-due balances.
• Partner with Sales, Legal, Customer Success, Operations, and Finance to resolve billing issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve billing processes, controls, reconciliations, and reporting.

• Be able to do the job as described.
• Experience managing complex or non-standard billing arrangements.
• Ability to interpret contracts and translate terms into billing requirements.
• Strong customer-facing collections and dispute-resolution skills.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions with limited oversight
