Our client is expanding its AP team and needs a seasoned pro to raise the bar. You'll be the expert others lean on, keeping vendor payments and bank transmissions accurate while shaping how the work gets done.

Compensation

What You'll Be Doing

• Serve as the go-to AP resource, coaching and guiding team members
• Handle high-volume vendor setup, validating tax and banking info
• Process international wires, ACH, and electronic payments
• Own accuracy and compliance on bank file transmissions
• Handle 3-way match and voucher processing across multiple systems
• Improve AP processes and build management reporting
• Support 1099 reporting and cover for the supervisor

What You'll Need to be Considered

• High school diploma or GED;
  Associate's in Accounting or Business preferred
• 4+ years of high-volume AP experience
• Distribution, manufacturing, or industrial services background is a plus
• Mid-to-large company experience
• Experience mentoring or supporting members
