Career Opportunity:
Receptionist / Operations Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to join our team in a full-time, on-site position
.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities

Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy

Manage scheduling and appointments

Maintain filing systems and records

Assist with ordering and tracking parts

Qualifications

Strong communication and organizational skills

Attention to detail and reliability

Proficiency with office software and basic administrative tasks

Previous experience in a similar administrative or operational role preferred
