We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Workplace Coordinator to support the smooth running of a large, corporate office environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring seamless day‑to‑day operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high‑quality workplace experience for all employees and visitors.
Job Description
We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced facilities environment, working closely with the on‑site Facilities Manager, cleaning and housekeeping teams, and office‑based clients. The successful candidate will uphold the core values of ISS and WSP, contributing to efficient back‑office operations while acting as a central, customer‑facing contact point within the workplace.
Responsibilities- Provide facilities administration and coordination to support daily operations
- Manage and update facilities systems such as Tririga and Maximo
- Monitor and contribute to the delivery of facilities KPIs
- Respond efficiently to changing operational needs, including meeting room change
- Support meeting and event setups when required
- Act as a central point of contact for colleagues, visitors, and suppliers
- Assist in coordinating and preparing meeting and conference rooms
- Support budget tracking, purchase orders, invoice processing, and expense reconciliation
- Previous facilities or soft services experience preferred
- Background in facilities strongly desirable
- Ambition to develop and progress within a facilities career
- IOSH qualification desirable (training can be provided)
- Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicator able to work effectively with a fast‑paced Facilities Manager
- Computer literate with the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Experience working alongside cleaning or housekeeping teams
- Professional, corporate‑facing attitude
