Post Completions Paralegal

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Post Completions Paralegal to join a dynamic property department in Birmingham, focusing on residential and commercial property matters. This role is ideal for someone with a proactive approach and ready to manage a significant workload effectively.

• Manage post-completion files
• Submit and respond to Land Registry applications and requisitions.
• Handle AP1s, FR1s, and related Land Registry processes.
• Investigate matters using internal systems and maintaining key dates.
• Differentiate between commercial sales or leases for post-completion tasks.
• Update internal systems accurately and maintain post-completion documentation.
• Chase outstanding items and follow up with clients and third parties.
• Ensure all post-completion records are stored and maintained correctly.
• Ability to handle post-completion matters end-to-end.
• Strong knowledge of Land Registry processes.
• Proactive and organized approach to workload.
• Comfortable using case management systems.
• Excellent communication skills for liaising with clients and external bodies.
