We are excited to introduce a brand‑new position at Heart of Birmingham Vocational College:
EHCP Annual Review Administrator
. This is a fantastic opportunity to help shape a new administrative function that plays a crucial part in supporting our EHCP Co‑ordinator and ensuring the smooth running of the annual review process.

In this role, you will bring organisation, clarity, and efficiency to the administration of Education, Health and Care Plan reviews. You’ll manage scheduling, documentation, and communication with professionalism and care - ensuring every review meets statutory requirements and keeps the young person’s voice at the heart of the process.

Working closely with the EHCP Co‑ordinator, alongside students, families, professionals, and college staff, you will help create a seamless, supportive experience for all involved. Your attention to detail and commitment to accessible, person‑centred communication will directly support our learners to achieve the outcomes that matter most to them.

This is a permanent, part time, term time, role working 22 hours per week over 3 days. Pro‑rata salaries stated within the job pack are actual gross and already take part time and term time working into account.
