Fractional Company Secretarial Consultant

Remote (London-based team)

A fintech lender is looking to hire a Company Secretarial professional to take ownership of CoSec administration. This role will bring structure, consistency, and improved systems to core CoSec activity.

Responsibilities
  • Own all company secretarial administration and statutory filings
  • Maintain company records and governance documentation
  • Streamline processes and build simple, repeatable systems
  • Provide reliable, low‑touch CoSec support with minimal supervision
About you
  • Solid Company Secretarial experience (not entry‑level)
  • Confident handling filings, articles, and standard corporate operations
  • Comfortable working independently on a fractional basis (~2 days/week)
  • No requirement for a formal CoSec appointment or full governance qualification
  • Happy to operate behind the scenes (limited/no board interaction)
