Claims Processor

Overview

A highly respected and rapidly growing Accident Management Company based near Bristol are now looking for someone to join them as a Claims Processor.

• Process claims by reviewing and verifying information received from claimants
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of claims documentation
• Enter claims data into the system accurately and efficiently
• Communicate with insurers, clients and third parties to obtain missing information or clarify details
• Maintain organised records of claims and related documents
• Follow company policies and procedures for claims processing

• At least 1 year of experience in a claims role/environment, preferably Motor Claims
• Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail
• Proficiency in data entry and computer skills
  
  Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Office hours are Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm with one hour for lunch. This role is office based.

Salary on offer is £25-28,000 depending on experience with 22 days holiday + bank holidays.

Having your own car is advantageous as public transport opportunities are scarce.
