, you’ll be the strategic force that keeps everything moving—anticipating needs, removing roadblocks, and enabling Leaders to operate at their best. - Manage and optimise both Leaders’ calendars
, prioritising meetings, handling calendar conflicts, coordinating cross‑functional schedules, and ensuring they’re always prepared for the day ahead. - Serve as the central point of contact for both Leaders, responding on their behalf where appropriate, and maintaining smooth interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate meetings and leadership sessions
, including capturing minutes, tracking action items, and managing logistics for director‑level and cross‑department meetings. - Plan and manage Business travel for both Leaders, including itineraries, bookings, travel preferences, and expense reconciliation.
- Support small‑scale projects and operational tasks
, including researching vendors, gathering information, coordinating events, and assisting with team or functional initiatives. - Ensure a high level of organisation and prioritisation
, helping both Leaders stay aligned, focused, and aware of deadlines, upcoming milestones, and key deliverables. - Handle sensitive information with discretion
, maintaining confidentiality and supporting occasional personal or ad‑hoc requests in a professional manner.
- Previous experience supporting a senior leader.
- Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant tools.
- Able to multitask, prioritise, and perform under pressure.
- High professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.
- Proactive, resourceful, and strong problem‑solver.
- Detail‑oriented, reliable, and accountable.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships.
- Full‑time position with standard office hours; flexibility required for after‑hours and weekend work as needed.
- Ability to travel occasionally if required.
