Job Overview

Administration Officer – HMP Warren Hill, Category C Adult/Male Prison.

HMP Warren Hill | Salary: 28,853.57 Per Annum (Pro‑rata for part‑time hours) |

Contract:

Part Time / Permanent |

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday.

• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records for prisoner and staff administration.
• Operate CAFM and other IT systems to support prison facility maintenance and operations.
• Prepare and process daily administrative paperwork with minimal supervision.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of plumbers, electricians, carpenters, painters, cleaners and administrators to create a safe, secure and supportive environment for prisoners, staff and visitors.
• Apply and maintain first‑aid qualification when required.

• Experience using CAFM and other IT systems in a busy office environment.
• Demonstrable administrative experience with a proven ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of relevant IT systems and processes.
• Up to date first‑aid qualification.
