Overview
Our client is an internationally renowned Principal Contractor working within the UK construction and infrastructure market. They provide turnkey solutions across Major Projects within rail and infrastructure, including design, engineering, project management, construction and maintenance solutions.
Position2 Office Administrators with cost clerk experience on an initial 6 month contract.
Responsibilities- Assist in the day-to-day office administration, record keeping, and monitoring of costs, working closely with the project and commercial team.
- Process Goods Received Notes (GRNs).
- Record labour, plant, material, and subcontract costs including site returns.
- Maintain site cost records, GRNs, plant tickets, etc.
- Analyse and resolve invoice and payment queries.
- Minimum 6 month contract with opportunity of Temp-to-Perm.
- Opportunity to work on a long‑term major infrastructure project that will deliver substantial positive change to the West Midlands.
- Work with one of the leading construction and infrastructure contractors in the UK.
