Based in our Birmingham office, we are looking to recruit a new Insolvency Administrator to join the team. This is to cover a maternity leave, however is being offered on a permanent basis. Our Birmingham team work on a variety of cases, both corporate and personal.

This role offers a chance for an experienced Administrator to hit the ground running with a varied portfolio of cases. You should be comfortable speaking to a range of stakeholders, both internally and externally and have a solid base of technical knowledge to build upon. Previous experience of Admins would be advantageous and would help you get a handle on the portfolio with greater ease.
CPI qualification is not a requirement for this role but if you have it, then that is a bonus !
As a person, you will be logical and organised in your approach. We encourage our administrators to take full ownership of their cases; to take them from cradle to grave but also to offer up opinions and options to Partners and Managers on case strategies. Therefore, this role offers a real chance to push yourself further in your career.
The role sits with in a local Birmingham team but also as part of a wider National core team, so you should be a good team player who understands when the time to focus is and when the time to noodle ideas. Your positive, flexible , and can-do attitude is what will make you stand out from other applications.
A flavour of your key responsibilities
- Conducting AML, client identity checks and other case take on procedures.
- Corresponding with directors and shareholders, both via the ‘phone and email
- Preparing and filing liquidation documents to Companies House, ensuring statutory deadlines are met
- Assisting with billing forecasting, raising bills for our fees and expenses
- Preparing annual reports, case strategy notes and creditor meeting packs.
