National Children's Orchestras (NCO) empowers children to experience the joy of orchestral music and develop skills for life. We are seeking a Programme and Orchestras Assistant to join our Administrative Team and support the planning, organisation, and delivery of activities across all of our orchestral programmes.

We are looking for someone to support the Programme and Orchestras team with the smooth running of NCO activities, including residentials, orchestral weekends, day events, and digital programmes. This role involves coordinating logistics, resources, and communications, and helping ensure high-quality experiences for young musicians.

This role offers the opportunity to work with a passionate team, contribute to the delivery of inspiring orchestral programmes, and help young musicians across the UK access transformative musical experiences.

We particularly welcome applications from underrepresented backgrounds.
