Post Room Operative

£12.71 per hour PAYE Monday to Friday | 07:00 - 11:00 20 Hours per Week Temporary Assignment Concept Resources are currently recruiting for a Post Room Operative to support a busy corporate environment in Birmingham.

This role would suit someone with previous post room, mailroom, facilities or administrative support experience who is organised, reliable and able to work within a professional environment.

• Sorting and distributing incoming post and deliveries
• Preparing outgoing mail and courier collections
• Supporting internal departments with mail and distribution requests
• Maintaining organised post room and storage areas
• Logging deliveries and maintaining accurate records where required
• Supporting general facilities and administrative duties as needed
• Ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and professionally

• Previous post room, mailroom or facilities support experience preferred
• Good organisational and communication skills
• Reliable and punctual approach to work
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
• Professional manner within a corporate environment
