Salary: £28,294 - £30,862 per year (depending on experience)

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm (39 hours per week)

We are looking for a Planner / Scheduler to join our team supporting a group of mobile engineers working across sites in the Midlands and Wales. This is a busy and varied role where you will help plan workloads, coordinate engineers, and keep operations running smoothly.

• Plan and schedule work for engineers
• Act as a main point of contact for the team
• Update systems, work orders and timesheets
• Support with reports and data tracking
• Assist with organising training, equipment and paperwork
• Communicate clearly with managers and engineers

• Good organisation and time management skills
• Confident communication skills
• Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook etc.)
• Previous planning, scheduling or admin experience (preferred)
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
