Position: Student Reception & Admin Support — Part-Time (2 Days/Week)

The University of Birmingham is seeking a Customer Service Support Assistant to provide assistance in managing queries via the Worklink Portal, telephone, and in person. This role is pivotal in supporting students and staff by ensuring effective communication and service delivery.

The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude. Availability to work 2 days a week is essential, with flexible hours aligned with the university's requirements.
