Purchase Ledger and Credit Control Accounts Administrator

Salary up to £29,120pa

Birmingham based, hybrid working available

Your duties will include:
  • Invoice runs
  • Order amendments
  • Credit checks
  • Opening new customer accounts
  • Processing directs
  • Part-time credit control
  • Inputting purchase invoices
Essentials for the job:
  • Previous Accounts experience is essential - preferably covering both purchase ledger and credit control.
  • Demonstrable experience of self-motivation when working to deadlines that require accuracy.
  • Good IT skills - including Word and Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of Sage would be beneficial - Sage 500 would be excellent.
  • Fantastic communication skills.
