The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to support our Optical Professional Services Department with their logistical and administrative needs.
ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will fulfil this varied role with key responsibilities including supporting the professional services team with administration and data management in all aspects of their work.
- Administration of NHS contracts and professional registrations
- Onboarding new starters and arranging training
- Liaising with applicants and students in optical roles
The role is office based, Monday to Friday, in Birmingham.
Previous optical experience is not required for this role.
Qualifications- Experienced administrator
- Experience working with a range of Microsoft packages, including Excel
- Organised self‑starter who is IT proficient and eager to learn
