Administrative Assistant – Birmingham
Join our Central and Family teams as an Administrative Assistant in the Birmingham office. This entry‑level role is perfect for someone eager to learn, grow, and make a real impact.
Responsibilities- Support lawyers and Executive Assistants with a variety of administrative tasks.
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including post, emails, and documents.
- Assist with file management, data entry, and financial housekeeping.
- Help with travel bookings, expense claims, and document preparation.
- Take on new responsibilities and ad hoc tasks as needed.
- Confident in building relationships with colleagues.
- Organised, methodical, and detail‑oriented.
- A team player who is also self‑motivated.
- An effective communicator, proactive, and able to use initiative.
- Can prioritise to meet deadlines.
- Willing to learn new skills and take on challenges.
- Previous experience in customer service or office‑based work is helpful but not essential.
