Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm (40 hours per week)
Salary: £27,000pa

- Has previous experience in corporate office environments (Ideal) but not essential

The RoleWe are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Facilities Support Operative to join our team at a prestigious corporate office site in Birmingham.
This is an important role within our Facilities Support Team, where you will be responsible for providing a comprehensive support service. Front and back of house duties to include but not exhaustive:
Reception, Post room duties, Meeting room and Conference setups and support of the wider office ensuring the customer experience is exemplary every time. You will play a key part in ensuring the environment remains professional, presentable, and safe for all building users.
- Carry out daily tasks in line with agreed processes, systems of work, and industry standards
- Take ownership of your assigned areas and ensure high-quality results at all times
- Maintain a professional service and attitude across office spaces, meeting rooms, and communal areas
- Respond promptly to any facilities requests
- Follow instructions from your supervisor and support service delivery requirements
- Undertake additional duties within the scope of the role as required
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a consistent and professional service
