Our team helps build strong relationships to enable the Leadership Team to work efficiently, stay organised, and anticipate their needs. By planning ahead and supporting their tasks, the Management Support Team ensures our Leaders can concentrate on their main responsibilities without interruption.

Responsibilities
  • Provide full secretarial and administrative support to the Assistant Directors.
  • Organise and support meetings, including on-site meetings, with minute taking, note taking and general secretarial duties.
  • Work in an organised way, with attention to detail, and collate information from a variety of sources.
  • Collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  • Undertake financial processes such as raising purchase orders.
  • Support the business leaders in fulfilling their roles whilst working with initiative and minimal supervision.
Qualifications
  • Strong literacy, numeracy and IT skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, enabling engagement with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Excellent organisational skills and a strong commitment to maintaining high‑quality standards.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines while remaining flexible, proactive and able to take initiative.
  • Good administrative experience and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • May be required to undergo an appropriate level of Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
Requirements
  • The role is hybrid and based in Birmingham, UK.
  • Applicants must have the necessary right‑to‑work documents to work in the UK; we do not sponsor visas.
