About the Role /

Job Summary:

A leading educational institution is seeking a detail-oriented Business Administrator to support its operations. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of administrative processes, contributing to the overall success of the organization's mission.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with daily administrative tasks, including managing correspondence and maintaining records.
  • Support the planning and execution of events and meetings.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure effective communication and workflow.
  • Provide support for financial administration, including processing invoices and managing budgets.
  • Contribute to the development of administrative procedures and guidelines.
  • Assist in data entry and management of databases.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in an administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Education Requirements:
  • A relevant qualification in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Additional certifications in office management or administration are a plus.
Experience Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an educational or similar environment is advantageous.
  • Experience with financial administration and budgeting is desirable.
