Receptionist / Front of House Manager / Clinic Support to Multi-award-winning team of cosmetic industry experts & Renowned Aesthetic Physician (Full-Time or Part-time, Onsite)

An exceptional opportunity to work alongside a multi-award-winning aesthetic doctor and support the daily running of one of Birmingham's premier non-surgical cosmetic clinics, located in the prestigious Edgbaston Medical Quarter.

Role Description

This is a full-time or part-time, on-site Receptionist role based in Birmingham. The Receptionist will be responsible for managing the front desk, greeting and assisting clients, handling phone inquiries, scheduling appointments, and performing clerical tasks such as filing and data entry. The ideal candidate will contribute to creating a welcoming and professional environment for clients and ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the clinic.

Minimum one year of work experience within a luxury service industry is an essential requirement.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties to manage calls, appointments, and reception tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Clerical Skills, including data entry, organizational abilities, and maintaining records.
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to provide a welcoming and professional experience for all clients.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members and adapt to a dynamic environment.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare or aesthetics-related setting is a plus, along with a professional demeanor and attention to detail.
