Duties
- Manage patient appointments and coordinate care schedules efficiently using various software tools.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records through data entry and administrative documentation.
- Communicate effectively with clients, healthcare professionals, and team members via phone, email, and written correspondence.
- Utilise Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Provide exceptional phone etiquette to address client inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and organising patient files.
- Support the team by ensuring all relevant information is accurately entered into the system and follow-up actions are completed in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure continuity of care and client satisfaction.
