Pearson is seeking a Test Centre Administrator in Birmingham. In this role, you will ensure secure exam delivery and provide exceptional customer service in a friendly environment. You will greet candidates, verify IDs, and ensure compliance with testing procedures.
The ideal candidate will have a school-level education in English and Maths, with attention to detail and flexibility to work a minimum of 8.5 hours weekly. Experience with Microsoft Office is an advantage and a part-time schedule is available.
