Newman University Birmingham is seeking a Library Experience Assistant to join a small team at the Birmingham campus. You will staff the busy Service Desk, greet users and respond to a wide range of enquiries, helping students manage their library accounts and access print and electronic resources.
You will also assist with library IT facilities, process books, manage the library mailbox, and participate in broader projects.
