ASSYSTEM Birmingham is seeking an Office Administrator to provide practical administrative support, coordinate meeting rooms, visitor access and day-to-day office operations.

You will work with facilities and security, manage budgets and records, organise events and ensure a welcoming environment for colleagues and visitors. This role is 3 days per week (Tue/Wed/Thu) and offers a proactive, professional workplace.
