HiQ Tyres & Autocare has two exciting new opportunities for an Operations Administrator to join the team in our Birmingham Office. The role is offered on a full-time permanent basis, Monday – Friday 40 hours per week, hybrid working.
The role is to support day-to-day operations and manage a fleet of busy mobile service vans, ensuring smooth operations for customers with large fleet of cars and vans across the UK. You will work closely with the customer, liaise with vehicle technicians, and handle various operational tasks to ensure efficiency and compliance across all services.
What You’ll Do Mobile Service Van Management- Oversee up to 4 mobile service vans, scheduling up to 30 jobs a day, including tyre replacements, servicing, and repairs.
- Receive job orders from the customer and plan work at their premises.
- Order necessary tyres, parts, and materials for each day’s work.
- Coordinate with vehicle technicians to ensure jobs are completed efficiently.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle mechanics, servicing, and tyres.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks and jobs.
- Proficient in MS Office and other office management tools.
- Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.
