As a medium-sized business, they provide a supportive and professional environment, focusing on delivering high-quality products and services globally. They are now seeking a Personal Assistant to join their site in Birmingham on a 12-Month Fixed Term Contract.
Description
Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership, including diary and email management.
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take accurate minutes for distribution.
Organise travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
Manage confidential documents and ensure proper filing systems are maintained.
Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Monitor and manage office supplies and liaise with suppliers as needed.
Support ad hoc projects and tasks to ensure the smooth running of the department.
Profile
A successful Personal Assistant should have:
Proven experience in a Personal Assistant or similar administrative role.
Strong organisational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
The ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
A proactive attitude and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Familiarity with the industrial and manufacturing sector is advantageous but not essential.
