About the role
Are you a problem‑solver who enjoys helping others and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? Join the Income Tax Division as a Support Services Officer and play a key role in supporting colleagues, customers and essential business systems across the Division. This varied role combines technical support, customer service and operational administration, offering the opportunity to work across a wide range of systems, processes and services.
We’re looking for someone who is organised, approachable and confident communicating with a wide range of people. You’ll support colleagues across the Division, helping to manage key processes, resolve queries and maintain essential systems and services. If you enjoy a varied workload, take pride in delivering a high‑quality service and are keen to develop your skills, we’d love to hear from you.
