EU Planning Administrator

Pay Rate: £28,840

Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: Monday to Friday, 8am to 4.30pm

We're now looking for a EU Planning Administrator

• Manage reporting and administrative tasks within the team to allow the Planners to focus on developing and improving the Plans.
• To collect, analyse and present accurate data to the Planners to assist with their decision making in order to create the most optimal Plans.
• Implement tools to streamline repetitive work to reduce the need for double or manual working
• Ensure a smooth operation and co-ordination between the direct team and Customer by ensuring data is distributed regularly and on time.
• Monitor shared inbox and reply or distribute action where needed / General housekeeping

• Previous administration experience within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends and make informed decisions.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Ambitious and motivated, with a desire to learn, develop and progress within the business.
