Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 3 Receptionist - Switchboard Operator for the Northcroft site in Birmingham. The role is part time (25.25 hours per week) with a rotating pattern across weekdays and weekends.
The post requires prior reception experience, a level 2 administration/customer care qualification, and strong communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with NHS environments are desirable.
