We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated Team Administrator to join our Psychology/OT Teams based at the Tamarind Centre which is a medium secure unit in Yardley Green.
The Team Administrator role is a central role within the departments and provides administrative support to the Psychology and OT Leads and Teams.
Working as a team player, you will need to be highly motivated, flexible and enthusiastic with excellent organisational, communication and IT skills. You will need to be able to meet deadlines and be able to work under pressure. You must have the ability to manage your time effectively in order to meet the needs of the service.
Main duties of the jobA thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and experience of working in a busy office environment is essential. The post holder will also be required to take comprehensive minutes and transcribe notes from digital dictation.
The successful applicant with have an NVQ Level III in Business Admin or equivalent plus relevant experience of working in an administrative role.

Person Specification Qualifications- NVQ Level III in Business Admin or equivalent
- GCSE English or above and ability to demonstrate excellent use of the English language/grammar
- Extensive knowledge and experience of Microsoft office, power-point, outlook and excel
- Knowledge of the Data Protection Act and Information Governance
- Ability to take minutes and provide support for meetings
- Significant experience of providing secretarial support at senior management level
- Understanding of mental health issues
