ISS is looking for a Service Point Coordinator to support the day-to-day administration and development of the Service Point Hub (SPH) across the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) account.

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-focused professional who enjoys working with systems, data, and stakeholders to ensure critical operational and compliance information is accurate, accessible, and up to date.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the daily administration and maintenance of the Service Point Hub system.
• Maintain compliance documentation, operational records, and document libraries, ensuring information is accurate and current.
• Support system users by managing permissions, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating system updates.
• Monitor system performance and contribute to ongoing improvements that enhance functionality and user experience.

We're looking for:

• Experience administering document management, compliance, or business systems.
• Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Good analytical skills with experience using Excel, Power BI, or similar reporting tools.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships and support stakeholders across the DWP account.
