Our client, a reputable automotive dealership in Birmingham, is seeking a Sales Administrator to join their dynamic team. The role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong organisational skills to develop a career within a leading dealership group.

Duties of the Sales Administrator:
  • Process new and used vehicle sales from order through to delivery
  • Register vehicles and prepare DVLA documentation accurately
  • Manage vehicle funding and invoicing procedures
  • Liaise effectively with manufacturers, finance companies, and internal departments
  • Order vehicles and monitor stock levels to ensure availability
  • Maintain accurate records and update dealership systems consistently
  • Prepare customer handover packs to ensure smooth vehicle delivery
  • Follow all compliance and manufacturer guidelines diligently
  • Support sales management with various administrative tasks
  • Deliver exceptional attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
Requirements of the Sales Administrator:
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong administration and IT skills, proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills with a professional approach
  • Reliable, dependable, and a collaborative team player
  • Previous Dealership Sales Administrator experience is preferred but not essential
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the automotive industry
