Up to 12.71 per hour (depending on level of experience training and qualification)
The Priory Hospital in Birmingham is part of Circle Health Group Britains leading provider of independent healthcare with a nationwide network of hospitals & clinics performing more complex surgery than any other private healthcare provider in the country.
We have an opportunity for a Housekeeper to join their team of staff in the Hotel Services department.
This is a bank role working on an as and when required basis you will be required to supplement staffing levels during busy periods and provide cover for existing staff in times of annual leave or absence.
Duties of this role include:
- Undertake in the day-to-day cleaning of patient public and employee areas.
- Maintain a safe and pleasant environment for patients visitors and Circle Health Group employees.
- Replenish linen and consumables.
- Provide flexibility to work in all departments (inc Theatre areas) and at other Circle Health Group sites where appropriate and as requested
- Complete daily task sheets and submit to the Housekeeper Lead on a daily basis for auditing purposes
- Comply with all relevant mandatory training
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
- Competency in literacy and numeracy
- Good Communication skills
- Maths English GCSE at grades A to C or equivalent functional skills level 2 evidence.
- Proficiency in the use of a PC including the use of software and systems.
