Hours:
Monday to Friday, Full Time The Opportunity Reed is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a successful and growing manufacturing business in High Wycombe. We are seeking a proactive and organised Internal Sales & Office Administrator to join a busy office environment, providing vital support across customer service, sales administration, and general business operations. This is a varied role that would suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities, and supporting different areas of the business.
Key Responsibilities Processing customer orders and maintaining accurate records Managing customer enquiries via telephone and email Preparing quotations and supporting sales activities Following up customer quotations and orders Updating CRM, MRP/ERP systems, and internal databases Producing reports and spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel Liaising with customers, suppliers, and internal departments Supporting the day-to-day running of the office Logging and maintaining employee holiday records (full training provided) Producing company memos and internal communications Filing, record keeping, and document management Assisting Directors with ad hoc administrative tasks and projects Coordinating with external contractors regarding building maintenance and repair requests Following up on supplier and contractor enquiries when required Skills & Experience Required Essential Previous experience in an Internal Sales, Sales Support, Office Administration, Customer Service, or similar role Experience using MRP and/or ERP systems Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel Strong IT skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail Ability to prioritise workload and work independently
