Events Coordinator

Events Coordinator | London An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Events Coordinator to support the planning and delivery of high-profile client-facing and internal events within a leading professional services environment. Working closely with the Business Development team, you will coordinate seminars, conferences, receptions, networking events, webinars, and internal functions, ensuring a seamless experience from planning through to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate event logistics, invitations, registrations, and attendee management Manage event timelines, budgets, vendors, and onsite delivery Support business development and marketing initiatives Prepare event materials, reporting, and post-event communications

About You:

Previous experience in events, hospitality, marketing, business development, or administration Strong organisational and project management skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM or event management systems experience is advantageous Able to thrive in a fast-paced professional services environment This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented professional looking to develop their career in events within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
